Phoenix First Aid provides accredited and non-accredited first aid training to a high professional standard. However, participation in any course does not guarantee a participant’s ability to perform first aid in real-life emergency situations. Practical outcomes may vary, and Phoenix First Aid cannot accept liability for the results of any first aid administered or not administered by trainees.
Phoenix First Aid does not provide medical treatment or diagnosis.
All training provided is for basic first aid and is not a replacement for medical care.
In real emergencies, all individuals must:
Some elements of training involve physical exertion (e.g., CPR).
By attending, participants confirm they are medically fit to take part and accept full responsibility for their own wellbeing.
Phoenix First Aid cannot be held liable for any injury during training unless caused by proven negligence.
Certificates will be issued only when the trainer is satisfied that the participant has met the required learning objectives and demonstrated competency.
Phoenix First Aid reserves the right to withhold certification if standards are not met.
All course content, materials, manuals, and presentations provided by Phoenix First Aid are protected by copyright.
Reproduction, distribution, or copying without written permission is strictly prohibited.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Client cancellations may incur fees; cancellations made by Phoenix First Aid will be rescheduled or refunded at the Company’s discretion.

Phoenix First Aid holds full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Nothing in this notice excludes liability where it cannot be limited by law under Scottish legislation.
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
